Lead policy: what you pay for, and what gets replaced.

The rules are set before you pay, so there are no surprises. This is the standard every Epoxy Meta lead is held to.

The short version

Every lead is exclusive to you. Before it reaches you, the owner answers six questions about the job and must pass three checks: phone verified by SMS code, inside your agreed zips, and asking about coating work. If a lead fails one of those three checks, text us within 48 hours and we replace it free.

The six questions every lead answers

  1. Floor type: garage, basement, patio, shop or commercial space.
  2. Square footage: so you can roughly price it before the call.
  3. Concrete condition: cracks, old coating, oil stains, so you know how much prep is involved.
  4. Budget range: the question that filters hardest. Every lead states what they expect to spend.
  5. Timeline: we only send owners who want the work done within 30 days.
  6. Who signs off: the property owner or decision-maker confirms it is their call, so you are not quoting a tenant or half of a couple.

The three checks

  1. Phone verified. The owner enters a code we text them. No code, no lead.
  2. Inside your zips. The address sits in the territory we agreed on before launch.
  3. Asking about coating work. Not a job seeker, a salesperson or someone after a different trade.

Exclusivity

Each lead is delivered to one contractor only. We never resell, share or recycle a lead, and we work with one coating contractor per territory.

Replacement guarantee

Text us within 48 hours of delivery if a lead:

  • Failed phone verification
  • Is outside the zips we agreed on
  • Was not asking about coating work

We send a replacement lead at no cost.

What is not replaced

  • The owner went quiet after you quoted
  • They chose a cheaper competitor
  • They did not answer your first callback
  • They pushed the project to a later date
  • Reports sent after the 48-hour window

Nobody can sell you a homeowner who is guaranteed to say yes. We do not guarantee closed jobs. Closing depends on your follow-up, pricing and sales process.

Payment and terms

  • Lead packs are paid in full upfront, before your campaign is built.
  • Every delivered lead counts against your pack.
  • There is no contract, no minimum term and no auto-renewal.
  • You can ask us to slow delivery or pause while you catch up on work.
